Bore !
To be a bore is simple : just tell everything.
People do not seem to appreciate the importance of brevity while it comes to speech , vis a vis writing or telephone.

Vyasa's Exhortation
Vyasa has given the guiding principle for all men in his famous exhortation : " Darmadarthscha Kaamashcha " , that earning and spending money and fulfillment of wordly desire should confirm to Dharma only and not vice versa !
